“First class customer service. Really helpful guy at the end of the phone when I realised my Denon hifi was faulty. Once we had ruled out any likely reasons for this, an immediate exchange was arranged for me and within 2 days I had a new one delivered. Particularly efficient, just before Christmas as well. Never heard of this company before but would definitely use them again.”
