“Ordered the Klipsch RS10W active sub which was an open box and I was going to cancel the order at 1700 hours as I found it elsewhere. However, Sunny who answered the call convinced me and mentioned that product is in mint condition and I should stick with the order. It is a good thing that I listened to Sunny because when the product delivered which was unexpected for a next day delivery as I was thinking that it would at least take 2 days or more for delivery. Little did I know it would delivered so FAST! Very satisfied with the service offered. Thank you Sunny for convincing me. Would recommend the company.”
