“Placed an order for a ninja 9-1 cooker from the electric shop, got a phone call 10 minutes later apologising that the item I ordered was out of stock, they upgraded me to the next model for the same price as a good will gesture. A lovely experience from the electric shop feels very personalised and interaction was lovely, delivery was quick and tracked couldn’t have been better.”

“Great retailer, i got a very good price for my Klipsch speakers. There was a bit of an issue with the courier but the staff elcctricshop.com did all they could to rearrange the delivery. Overall I'm very happy and would recommend electricshop.com.”

“I bought a Robert's Boombox from Electricshop and was delighted with the easy to operate website purchase, the after purchase contact, I also and received the CD/Radio before the stated date. The Roberts Boombox is all is advertised, beautiful tone and easy to operate. I'd recomend both Electricshop and the Roberts CD/Radion to all and sundry. Very satisfied with both.”
