“like a lot of people I search the net thoroughly when about to purchase something on the expensive side. I didn't find a lower price than electricshop.com. Placed order on Saturday and DPD dropped it off early Tuesday so I couldn't be happier. Have bookmarked their site and would be happy to use again.”

“We bought a used shark vacuum cleaner and found it excellent- until the motor burned out. We could have spent £100 on another used one but £179 for a brand new one with FIVE YEAR guarantee seemed like a no brainer. Delivered very quickly - we are really pleased with the service from electricshop.”

“This is really a serious online shop! I had a problem with my payment for the "Wiim pro plus" music streamer which was on sale for 169£ The shop sent me an email and find a way to sort it out. Good communication. Everithing was fine! Thanks to Electricshop.”

“I bought a ninja blender and it came broken, the problem is that the electric shop doesn't do the exchange, I have to get in touch with a number they gave me. I didn't like it because this will be very difficult for me to solve because I don't speak English and how I will call Who should solve and send me another one would be the store I bought”

Good afternoon Luciana, We are sorry to see that you have left us a 1 star review. We did reply to your email promptly yesterday saying that we were sorry to hear about the issue with your Ninja product and that they have a policy regarding a faulty or damaged product. All they ask the customer to do is to call them to get an uplift number. Once you had this we were more than happy to arrange for a replacement to be sent you. You did mention by reply to our first email that you didn’t speak good English and we said that they do have staff who speak different languages. It is only a quick call away and we are more than happy to arrange a replacement for you. Since yesterday Ninja has already issued a return reference and a replacement has been orgaanised for you already. Regards Mark Customer Services Electricshop
