“I ordered a Dyson cleaner form electricshop, the price was much lower than anywhere else. delivery was quoted as 5 working days, but it arrived in 2 days. I had no need to contact the company with any problems, so can not comment on how easy this is.”

“I bought a replacement Sebo vacuum at the Electric Shop at a very good price. Their Customer services were excellent when the delivery driver couldn't find my address. They called me directly to apologise and to re-book the delivery for the following day. Very good personal service which is rare today. I would highly recommend them.”

“This was my first order from Electric Shop, and I’m very impressed. The delivery was fast and efficient. “Best price for the Miele vacuum cleaner we wanted. Dispatched in time and delivered securely as we had to give the courier a security code. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because after a day of ordering we received an email from the company saying they needed to verify our payment card details. I saw no reason for this as the card is registered to the delivery address but it was a process that needed to happen in order to receive our purchase. The person I spoke to explained things well and verified the card quickly then confirming our order would arrive soon. No issues but a bit of a faff at the end.”

“Ordered a dyson cordless vacuum cleaner on Friday morning, expecting it to be delivered the following Monday or Tuesday. It was delivered the morning after I ordered it. I done my own research and electric shop was the best price for the dyson I bought. Really delighted.”

“Id ordered a Shark Self Emptying Hoover for my Partners Birthday. I wanted it as a Surprise so had the product ordered to my place of work. Unfortunately due to Banking Details not matching Delivery Details. They put the order on hold until further information was given. While worried at first they were fantastic to deal with via Phone & Email & the problem was quickly rectified & then the order was submitted without issue.. Very friendly & professional & made me feel comfortable in the moment of worry with the order being suspended also thanked me for being a returning customer to them”

“The radio I purchased was cheaper than any other retailer. The ordering process was simple and quick. I was updated regularly as to the order status and the item was with me in no time at all. The product was extremely well packaged and would have withstood even the most cavalier of couriers. A very good experience as far as I'm concerned. If I'm in the market for other electrical goods, I would certainly consider this company. Oh, and you get a proper invoice with the goods.”
