“I was very impressed with this Company. First time of ordering and apprehensive. I was kept informed of progress of the order and delivery at every step and the delivery was on time and very secure; having to quote a delivery number given by the Company to the Courier. The price was also competitive and I am happy to thoroughly recommend.”

“YOU are THE VERY BEST. I have, over the years bought all electricals from JOHN LEWIS - never again, almost two year wait for the fridge I bought, nearly a year waiting for them to install a washing machine which they NEVER did in the end, they send people who dont actually work for them and who cannot do anything without MASSIVE INSTRUCTIONS FROM ON HIGH. When I asked for a refund of my installation payment i got a 30quid e card!!!!!!!! So thats them off my tea list. My MIELE from you is fabulous - I got one from JL - broke within six months and i cannot be bothered to go near them again and yours is much nicer and better all round,. SOOO MILLION THANKS - now you have me as a customer!”
