“A very competitive price. An easy to use website. Great communication. Contacted me regarding my purchase, the courier they use and how I would hear from them regarding delivery. The delivery arrived on the day, during the specified time period. The courier called me to let me know when they expected to arrive. The TV I bought was perfect, no complaints. I obviously haven't had to contact electricshop to see what their after sales service is like, but from my experience I would say buy with confidence.”

“Purchased a Denon PMA800ne, cheaper than Richersounds and in stock. Packaged really well and weekend Saturday DPD delivery was on time with tracking and time slot notification. The product itself, brand new unopened. The only one small issue was that the light on the volume switch does not wight up. Not a deal breaker, sounds great with my Marantz CD6007 and B&W speakers. Would purchase from Electricshop again.”
