“I ordered a vacuum cleaner but had a problem paying on my card, I phoned and it was sorted no trouble at all, very polite and professional. In the end it was my fault nothing to do with there system. Selected a day and it arrived on time on the day. Have no problem using them again. Pete Roberts”
