“I was surprised at the great service I got - it's not something you find these days. I called them & the call was answered remarkably quickly. I spoke with a very helpful gentleman in who was actually in store not on another continent. I then went on to buy the item, which was for my daughter, & have her address for delivery. I was then called by same man who said that the way I had paid meant that they couldn't deliver to a different address to mine. He suggested I pay through a different method which I did. Was expecting delivery on the Monday but actually arrived on the Sunday 👏”

“Purchased a Dyson HP7A Hot Cold air purifier. It was an open box, hence reduced. Unfortunately someone had beat me to the purchase, but electricshop honoured my online purchase. They also hand delivered my item as a member of staff lived nearby, so no waiting around for awkward deliveries. An absolute great 'go out of your way' customer service. I've also noticed they are always competitive with their pricing. Looks like I may have found my new local electricshop.”
