“I bought a Denon DP450USB from here. They offer it at the best market price. I opted for Saturday delivery but this didn't happen due to delays but they gave me a free upgrade to Sunday delivery instead. Would've liked a free delivery refund though 😉. Service seems good but they only sell ortofon cartridges for this vinyl player and I want an audo technica vm95e/h if this'll work with it? Thanks guys. It's a great piece of kit at a very decent price.”

“I was surprised at the great service I got - it's not something you find these days. I called them & the call was answered remarkably quickly. I spoke with a very helpful gentleman in who was actually in store not on another continent. I then went on to buy the item, which was for my daughter, & have her address for delivery. I was then called by same man who said that the way I had paid meant that they couldn't deliver to a different address to mine. He suggested I pay through a different method which I did. Was expecting delivery on the Monday but actually arrived on the Sunday 👏”
