“Great service from the Electric Shop sales team member, who kept me updated on when they expected to have the Denon X2700H AVR in stock. I had previously attempted to buy this on 2 occasions from other sites , which were claiming delivery within 5 days, only to be emailed the next day, telling me I could expect a 10 week wait, once they had taken my money! Electric Shop clearly stated on their site, when the item would be in stock, and delivered in a timely manner once it was available. Excellent service all round. Highly recommended.”

“It seems to me that if we are to use online shopping in any serious way with easy to understand sites with clear explanations about the goods on offer along with a straight forward returns policy should it be required. This firm seems to have it all. I bought a radio for a present and had it devoured to the recipient who lives 350 miles away from me. Before I had chance to give it any more thought the thing had been delivered and was in use. The whole transaction took about 4 days. I shall certainly use this seller again.acb..”
