“Ordered a Dyson stick vacuum then shortly after placing, received a very personal (non call centre) call to advise it was no longer in stock. I was offered an upgrade product which although requiring a top up payment, was discounted from their own list price to compensate the “inconvenience “. The product itself is very satisfactory and we hope it lasts as long as our previous Dyson did - still working with a few old age grumbles. I know how it feels!”

“Purchased a " NINJA" 15 food max, beautiful looking cooker and can't wait to try it,the electric shop were great they had sold the last one they had and sent me an email to explain the situation and we agreed with what was offered and to wait a short time which we did, the electric shop delivered in time stated was very pleased with them no faults with them, just to say a BIG THANKS .
