“The ordering process was quite straight forward. Received email confirmation of my purchase right away. My item was delivered within 3 working days (quicker than expected). The delivery company handled the delivery with care, so definitely 5 out 5 for overall shopping experience. I had no reasons to contact the company but I can imagine their customer service must be just as quick and professional.”

“I couldn't fault the delivery and the product. The Dyson V8 Animal was at an extremely competitive price being considerably cheaper than any other supplier. Delivery was excellent with the parcel arriving within a couple of days of ordering. No problems whatsoever with The Electric shop service. However, although the Dyson vacuum is a product of choice some aspects have been paired back compared to recent years This is the second cordless vacuum I have owned and I also have an upright cleaner which is my third such cleaner. Compared to previous years there is no paperwork ie. handbook in the package. The previous handbook used to be exceptionally good with clear diagrams for blockages and cleaning filters etc. I did have the foresight to print off a handbook the day before but it was not as clear and comprehensive as the ones previously included in the box, Further, the attachments included have also been reduced to 2 items rather than the previously included 3 items. the small head tool was particularly useful when cleaning the car. I have bought one of these seperately”
