“I'm new to electric shop as I hadn't heard of the company before I located the company online. I knew what vacuum cleaner I wanted to purchase so within minutes I had the item in my basket. The price was superb, in fact very competitive considering other quotes I'd had. I placed the item in my basket, paid in full and within minutes I learned, much to my delight the vacuum cleaner would be delivered the following day. It came in pristine condition in secure packaging and I'm delighted with the whole service from beginning to end. Well done electric shop. I will definitely use your services again.”

“I cannot rate this company highly enough - if I could have given them six stars I would. I ordered a Dyson stick vacuum which was advertised at a really competitive price. However, I subsequently received a phone call to say that the item was out of stock and had been discontinued. The friendly customer service representative then offered me an upgrade to a newer model with a generous discount to compensate me. They didn't have to do that but the way in which the matter was dealt with was absolutely superb and a true definition of first-class customer service. The vacuum was delivered on time and I'm a very happy customer. I'd definitely purchase from electricshop.com again and would recommend them without hesitation.”
