“Excellent service. The item I requested wasn't available at the time but had an expected delivered date. I was informed of the date the electricshop were to receive the item and I was emialled to advise my item was on it's way. No money was exchanged until the item was available. Was kept informed throughout. Delivery quickly and efficiently.”

“I'd never heard of electric shop before but I have to say I was very impressed with their service. I ordered a new washing machine on a Monday night after I came home and discovered my old one had finally stopped working. The new one was delivered on Wednesday morning. They were also the cheapest I could fine online. I doubt the bigger online outfits could match them.”

“First time Buyer but certainly not.my last. One small suggestion would help. On the instructions to assemble and dismantle reference could help if a note appended suggesting a certain amount of pressure is nrequired for the first setting up of the parts. One is tentative lest these are broken. My grand daughter had to apply pressure to release abd allow the part to be emptied. I am now able to attach and detach all.parts. To happy hoovering.”

“Ordered my Dyson on Sunday afternoon and was delivered Tuesday great service kept me informed via email. Delivery was made by DPD would definitely recommend and would use again. I bought the Dyson v10 absolute and this website was the cheapest.”
