“Prices have increased on our two websites over the past 6 months by a whopping 108%!! New customers beware. No incenteive to grow your business/s with the Co & loyalty forget. The only answer EKM give is ' we want to be the best & not the cheapest' - well you're neither......... No surprise customers are leaving in their droves.”

Hi Scott, We’ve looked into your accounts to find that you have a number of shops with us and have been an EKM customer for a number of years. It’s a shame that after so long and helping you to build so many online shops that you feel this way. As a long-standing customer you would have been aware of our plan turnover caps and this was something that was looked into a few months ago when you were upgraded to our Pro plan which has a turnover cap of £1M+. We’re grateful that you continue to work with us and we’re looking forward to seeing your online businesses grow in the future.

“EKM have hosted our website since 2011 and we have to say that in that time we have been extremely pleased with all aspects of the experience. Whenever we have had a problem, we have been able to get through to the UK call centre and get immediate knowledgeable help. Our website was originally set up by a friend who is a website designer but after a few years it started to look a little dated and this is where the Evolution mode team stepped in and created a wonderful, new look, responsive website for us. The company are on the ball and are constantly striving to be ahead of the game and although we are a micro business we have always been given the impression that we matter to them. We have been very impressed with EKM and have found them to be a very positive, genuine, customer focused company.”

“I had a problem with my EKM site and was very worked up. They lady who dealt with me was very calm and patient and sorted it out. Even though I didn’t have some of the information she wanted as I’m on holiday. After she had solved it I mentioned another problem was going off to sort out. She actually solved too. Great stuff.”

“We are a new customer of EKM expanding our business into the eCommerce world! So far the experience with EKM has been first class. We are in the early stages of creating our shop but the process has been clear and easy to follow. Having friendly people at the end of the phone with the ability to screen share your PC to help tweek and adjust your work is perfect. Looking forward to building our shop, and then benefiting from their experience to help us work towards our goals.”

“There is a lot to be said for good customer service, but EKM take it one step further, delivering a first rate service. Having come from another eCommerce system that was extremely complicated and definitely not user-friendly, to an incredibly intuitive system - one that almost seems to have been designed exactly for our company - it feels like a huge weight has been lifted. From our first touch point, Jack to our own Account Manager (and how great is that) Tom, I have been given the confidence to know our decision to move to EKM was the right one.”

“Please do not use them! After 3 months on the pro account at £599.99 we still had no site built. We chased and chased and eventually month 4 we had a site, part way written in German and a bit of a shoddy mess. Only one set of products uploaded. 6 mths in our website is still not signed off and we are still not coming up on google searches. We have spent over 100 hours of our own time building the website. The website had broken links and which were only fixed after we logged the problem and chased for over 2 weeks! One of the links was to our sales website so our sales plummeted. EKM state a money back guarantee, this is a lie, they will not give you your money back. They do not take your complaints seriously and avoid your phone calls and emails. I have now begun to seek legal advice on getting my money refunded and damages for loss of earnings.”
