Please do not use them! After 3 months on the pro account at £599.99 we still had no site built. We chased and chased and eventually month 4 we had a site, part way written in German and a bit of a shoddy mess. Only one set of products uploaded. 6 mths in our website is still not signed off and we are still not coming up on google searches. We have spent over 100 hours of our own time building the website. The website had broken links and which were only fixed after we logged the problem and chased for over 2 weeks! One of the links was to our sales website so our sales plummeted. EKM state a money back guarantee, this is a lie, they will not give you your money back. They do not take your complaints seriously and avoid your phone calls and emails. I have now begun to seek legal advice on getting my money refunded and damages for loss of earnings.

STAY AWAY FROM EKM Long established customer for many years. treated terribly and now have moved to SHOPIFY. Dont delay switching away from EKM They are expensive, have outdated systems and a very basic offering with little room for growth in terms of features. No linked up systems such as customer support,tracking systems,courier systems. EKM are great if you have a tiny turn over but once you grow you soon outgrow their outdated ecommerce platform. So many better options now days. Nevermind whilst customers wait for system updates the EKM team will be playing on their office slide. Imagine spending stupid money on a refurb whilst your backend system is outdated and falling well behind ecommerce rivals. PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE!

Our Company has experienced poor performance & standards from EKM over the past 12 months. Google feed isuues, email domains down, site down & even payment subscriptions down. As a loyal pro plan customer for nearly 14 years, we expect & demand better! I am waiting for your Manging Director to call me.

Do not bother! Totally unprofessional Company. No regard to loyal clients when their platform & emails are down. Avoid at all cost. Wish we had...........

Problems with speed for a number of days. Multiple representatives said this was my fault without checking. Perseverance got an admission that yes they were experiencing difficulties. Reluctant to take a complaint and still nothing fixed. Have been messed around and lied to. Looking for an alternative as soon as possible

Hi Rob, Our team has tried their utmost to help identify the cause of your page speed issues to then provide a resolution for you and have tried on several occasions. It is obvious from your recent live chats and review that we are not able to provide the level of service you are looking for and you have already mentioned you are looking to leave EKM. Our team has tried to help you as much as possible however, it has now reached a point where we feel that the best option going forward is to part ways as you have made it clear that you are not happy with our service. EKM are a truly fantastic company. I have been with them nearly 15 years and they are truly unbeatable. The reps are some of the best I have dealt with (especially Mark, Becky, Dorinda, etc) & always have so much time for you. Nothing is ever too much trouble. They are the best possible e-commerce company to build your business with.

Amazing service. Dominic our account manager goes beyond the call of duty to help us achieve our goals. I would actually say he provides the very best service I have ever come across in this industry. He is the main reason we are doing so well online at the moment. In my opinion, EKM has grown into the best platform in the UK and possibly the World. Our online shops are also very very fast. They also have some great ideas they are developing that will be really useful for wholesale companies wanting to link up there sales apps to the shops.

Prices have increased on our two websites over the past 6 months by a whopping 108%!! New customers beware. No incenteive to grow your business/s with the Co & loyalty forget. The only answer EKM give is ' we want to be the best & not the cheapest' - well you're neither......... No surprise customers are leaving in their droves.

Hi Scott, We’ve looked into your accounts to find that you have a number of shops with us and have been an EKM customer for a number of years. It’s a shame that after so long and helping you to build so many online shops that you feel this way. As a long-standing customer you would have been aware of our plan turnover caps and this was something that was looked into a few months ago when you were upgraded to our Pro plan which has a turnover cap of £1M+. We’re grateful that you continue to work with us and we’re looking forward to seeing your online businesses grow in the future.
