“Been with them for 4 years and now it's sold to some American company everything is outsourced and nothing in-house. Terrible tech knowledge and overpriced. Stay clear of these cowboys”

Hi Donna, Well, this is kinda awkward! Thanks for the feedback, but we think you've got us mixed up with another company. We've run a search for your name and email address on our database, and with no record of you, we can only presume you're talking about another company, as we're 100% UK based and our services are indeed done in-house - from our Evolution Team, Design Team, Ecommerce Experts, PPC Team and of course, the Customer Support Team with their rather impressive 95% CSAT score. “Our Company has experienced poor performance & standards from EKM over the past 12 months. Google feed isuues, email domains down, site down & even payment subscriptions down. As a loyal pro plan customer for nearly 14 years, we expect & demand better! I am waiting for your Manging Director to call me.”

“STAY AWAY FROM EKM Long established customer for many years. treated terribly and now have moved to SHOPIFY. Dont delay switching away from EKM They are expensive, have outdated systems and a very basic offering with little room for growth in terms of features. No linked up systems such as customer support,tracking systems,courier systems. EKM are great if you have a tiny turn over but once you grow you soon outgrow their outdated ecommerce platform. So many better options now days. Nevermind whilst customers wait for system updates the EKM team will be playing on their office slide. Imagine spending stupid money on a refurb whilst your backend system is outdated and falling well behind ecommerce rivals. PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE!”

“Fantastic company, lots of help on hand even for a computer illiterate idiot like me!! Customer service is second to none which is hard to find in this country. Also a great EKM community lots of advice from other members. if you are looking to set up an e-commerce website, then these are your guys”

“Best E-commerce platform for building a successful online business after trying several other providers we decided to go with EKM in 2016 and we've never looked back since. EKM has all the features that you’ll ever need and the UK based support team are always on hand to answer any of our questions which non of the competitors offer. The platform is easy to use and the regular updates from the Evolution Team means our site never gets outdated. Would highly recommend!”

“Problems with speed for a number of days. Multiple representatives said this was my fault without checking. Perseverance got an admission that yes they were experiencing difficulties. Reluctant to take a complaint and still nothing fixed. Have been messed around and lied to. Looking for an alternative as soon as possible”

Hi Rob, Our team has tried their utmost to help identify the cause of your page speed issues to then provide a resolution for you and have tried on several occasions. It is obvious from your recent live chats and review that we are not able to provide the level of service you are looking for and you have already mentioned you are looking to leave EKM. Our team has tried to help you as much as possible however, it has now reached a point where we feel that the best option going forward is to part ways as you have made it clear that you are not happy with our service. “EKM are a truly fantastic company. I have been with them nearly 15 years and they are truly unbeatable. The reps are some of the best I have dealt with (especially Mark, Becky, Dorinda, etc) & always have so much time for you. Nothing is ever too much trouble. They are the best possible e-commerce company to build your business with.”

“Amazing service. Dominic our account manager goes beyond the call of duty to help us achieve our goals. I would actually say he provides the very best service I have ever come across in this industry. He is the main reason we are doing so well online at the moment. In my opinion, EKM has grown into the best platform in the UK and possibly the World. Our online shops are also very very fast. They also have some great ideas they are developing that will be really useful for wholesale companies wanting to link up there sales apps to the shops.”

“I have been a EKM customer since 2013 and would not change companies. From the welcome call and help when I started. To the upgrade they provided through evolution mode the service has always been 1st class. No problem is to much trouble for them.
