“I have been with EKM now for a few years and I can't fault them in anyway. When ever I need help whether I pick up the phone or ask in the community group chat on Facebook I always get the help I need. Staff are always very polite and helpful.”

“Good site for starters to e-commerce but now I more established I find it does not do what I want from it. Sales promotions are not clear on product page and only show at checkout. Limited number of photos available in my Gallery and when I import from eBay the text often joins togetherness so I always have to revise the listings which takes time. When changing templates basic information is list and needs re-entering. Finally, only 5 product and images and I would like 12. However, good price and great customer support and easy to learn how to do it”

“EKM are the third web host I have used, the first closed down and I lost weeks of work loading my products and the second was so complicated to list anything that I gave up on it, I have found EKM easy to use and if you have a problem they will sort it in minutes.”

“I like EKM. There are quite a few online companies who help develop your online business either from an existing store or as just online. They've been very helpful in the design and recommendations. I can't fault them. I'd love to be able to edit on my smartphone as well as the tablet and Pc but there you go.”
