“In my dealings with Edwards insurance I have found the service to be excellent. They send the renewal in a timely manner giving all the information required and time to ask questions or make changes. The people I deal with are always polite and professional no matter how small or complex the question is. They are competitive on price but overall it is the relationship that I value.”

“I have recently moved from a vicarage to my own house for retirement. Nichola was really efficient in managing the transition of my contents and buildings insurances to the one property. In addition Kayleigh has acquired the best quote for buildings insurance on another property I own, which was due at the same time. It's all been sorted on my behalf, with pleasant efficiency, which has made it easier for me with all the work required in downsizing and relocating.”

“I’ve a small non commercial art gallery that was providing hard to insure. The agent that assisted me was very helpful, he found cover for me fast, and it was reasonable! I’m very happy and grateful. I’d share Edwards insurance details to anyone in that art world. I haven’t had to make a claim, and I hope never to have to.”

“We have just renewed the insurance cover for our church etc, ably advised by Samantha Sedgwick. Samantha was extremely helpful, being very easy to talk to, and making everything very clear and easy to understand. I now think of her as a friend. I have always found the staff at Edwards Insurance very helpful and supportive when I have needed to consult them, and am very glad we have them as our brokers.”

“Have just completed our Church renewal for a complex and substantial set of cover, a process made easy by outstanding support from Sarah Stratford at Edwards. Sarah's help and advice has been excellent throughout, and she has also been able to secure a very competitive (lower!) price for us, which is very welcome indeed. Simply first class service. “Tom Barnes was extremely knowledgeable and supportive when I made my initial enquiry. “I would highly recommend Edwards Insurance Brokers and especially Tom Barnes who was so helpful. Tom managed to secure us a really good deal for our church and the insurance covers everything we need, including Trustee insurance as we are registered as a charity too.”
