“The course was very easy to follow and provide an excellent summary recapping each topic. In addition, I feel the implementation of videos demonstrating how to participate in CPR and the recovery position were also very helpful. This is the first aid course I have ever done, so would highly recommend to anyone.”

“Very good advice outlined in a clear style. I've had lower back muscle spasms/strains before, mainly caused by rushed lifting in the incorrect way, so the best practices were taken on board. One of the questions showed the top line ending off the right hand edge of the screen, a couple of spelling mistakes but in no way detracts from the good content. Thank you.”
