“The logo was blurry and the icing was bright yellow instead of white.”

Thank you for your review, Matthew. We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the cupcakes that you received & have tried to contact you to discuss this. As you ordered lemon frosted cupcakes, the frosting does have a slight yellow tint to it. Apologies once again and please do not hesitate to contact us, to discuss this further.

“The cake topper logos are very sharp. There is no 'bleeding' of the ink. They arrived on time and were very well packaged (which is just as well as the delivery driver dumped them sideways on the counter despite the sign on the box).”

Thank you Rob for your lovely feedback, we are so pleased you loved the toppers! With regards to the delivery, We will of course take this up with our courier company as they should be treating the boxes as fragile hence the tape all the way around the box. It shouldn't have been placed sideways. Thankfully your toppers still arrived safely.

“The personalised message and logo on the cake was very good quality. The cake itself was delightfully light and delicious. The customer service I received was excellent too. I've never used your company before and, in fact, it was my first time ordering a cake online and I was very nervous! But in the end, I found out that I had no reason to be anxious. Will definitely be using your company and also recommend to others. Thank you, and particular thanks to Daniel Clarke for his high standard customer service.”

“I ordered 250 logo toppers which tasted and looked great. Colours and text came out really well and they tasted good too. Toppers arrived on time and staff I dealt with were very helpful.”

“I dealt with Eat My Logo via email. They responded very quickly to everything I asked and were very accommodating. I actually collected in person and the staff were lovely. They knew about my order and it was wrapped beautifully. They ensured that the allergy list/ingredients list was with my order in case anyone eating it had allergies. My mother in law who I had ordered for was thrilled with her cake topper. Thank you Eat My Logo for all your help. A pleasure doing business with you. I will definitely recommend.”
