“2nd time I've used Eat My Logo and yet again the Luxury Cupcakes were yummy! Over 1,000 cakes ordered and had lots of lovely comments about them from staff!”

“I was really impressed with the service from Eat My Logo. The whole process was very easy, efficient, and delivery was on time. Megan was excellent, and very responsive to my messages. The cakes were designed very quickly, looked great, and sent out to twenty of our clients on the day I requested. They tasted very good, too. I'll definitely buy from Eat My Logo again, as it was such a pleasurable, pain-free, experience.”

We are really sorry that the cake you ordered has arrived damaged, that is not what should have happen. We send out thousands of cakes, cupcakes and biscuits to hundreds of locations each week and we pride ourselves on the success rate of them arriving in great condition. We monitor the damage rate and it is very small, in fact it is less than 0.7% of all orders since we started in 2014. We send everything via the same courier (APC) as they are the only provider to offer a Fragile delivery service, for which we pay extra, however we can never rule out the possibility of products being damaged in transit. We are always at the mercy of delivery drivers mishandling the products and causing damage, and in the vast majority of cases where damage occurs that is the reason. Unfortunately we have no redress with the couriers as no courier guarantees that they will handle your product correctly. It is incredibly rare that this is the case, as you can see from previous reviews. We have been trying to contact you in order to resolve this issue and would be grateful if you could get in touch either via email or telephone - 01772 472 580.

“Great service. Ordered the branded cake, logo pops and the luxury logo salted caramel chocolates. Everyone loved them, especially the chocolates! Would definitely recommend and order from Eat My Logo again.”
