“Easy and pleasant communication, very accomodating of our design requirements and timelines and also the best price in the market. The biscuits tasted lovely and arrived well presented. Highly recommend and would definitely use eat my logo again!”

“Absolutely brilliant! I ordered a large cake and vegan / gluten free cup cakes for our three locations for a company event. It was super easy to order, all items were delivered on time and perfectly packaged and the cakes were delicious. Very happy with the quality of the products provided and wouldnt hesitate in recommending this company again. Huge thank you - the feedback from our colleagues has been outstanding.”

“Cakes were great but did not arrive on time despite me emailing custoemr services and adding the specific dates in the free text box available (as instructed). I ordered two weeks in advance to try and ensure they would arrive on time too.”

“I can't thank Jasmine at Eat My Logo enough for being so flexible and accommodating with our order. We had multiple locations and deliveries and Jasmine was able to ensure everyone received their orders on our chosen date. The designs looked great and were just what we wanted. We had one situation where the courier and depot had delays and this meant that a delivery didn't arrive on time but Jasmine has arranged a fresh batch to be delivered and has been super efficient in resolving this. We had lots of very happy employees with their delicious celebration cupcakes and will definitely be using Eat My Logo again in the future. Thank you so much Jasmine and team :)”

“Customer service was good however the biscuits came with the logo/artwork on the wrong side on the biscuit so looked a bit daft.”

Thank you for your review, Amanda! Regarding the biscuit toppers, we place them on the underside of our biscuits since it's the flattest surface as the top is slightly domed. Applying them to the curved side would lead to potential cracking of the topper. We trust you enjoyed the biscuits and look forward to working with you again in the future!

“The EML team are friendly, responsive and always on hand for any quereies we may have. If there is a complication they are proactive to try and resolve the issue, and have always been flexible in meeting our demands. We've used them various times and will definitely be back!”
