“Pleased with the customer support service, communications throughout. Unfortunately some of the ink had 'blown' on the QR code of the cookies which made it harder to scan and also looked like they were ''damaged' because of this. There were quite a few in every box, which was a real shame as it ruined the aesthetics of the cookie. almost like they had got wet and smudged the ink. I know that wasn't the case because they were individually wrapped so I am not sure what happened here.”

“When I made a mistake with my order date, they were quick to accomodate a very fast turnaround. The products looked great (unfortunately I did not get to taste any). My only feedback would be to look at the way the product is deliveered. I ordered 3 boxes of 15 cupcakes, and 3 in each tray were squished which made the presentation of the gift not as nice as it could have been.”

“Communication was good when arranging my order. Biscuits looked good but not that tasty, the biscuit itself was OK but the icing was so crunchy and tasteless. Well packaged, no breakages.”

“Ordered two different logos to be presented to a client at the end of a project. One set of cakes were very neat and presented lovely, the other the icing had moved in the boxes so it was everywhere and some cakes didn't have icing on. Probably happened in transit but it didn't look very good. The cupcakes themselves were nice, some were a bit dry but nice nontheless.”

“I’ve used eatmylogo for a few corporate events now and each time they’ve done a great job of meeting deadlines and delivering a great quality product! Our favourite is the branded doughnuts and it’s a big plus that all the packaging is biodegradable. Thanks to the team and look forward to working with you again!”

“Resonably priced and delivered to time cupcakes. Their sales people were very helpful and supported me with some simple artwork. We had a small order of vegan/gluten free cupcakes and they were very tasty - I would use them again.”

“I had 300 printed Icing logos to go ontop of Cupcakes and they came in perfect condition, well wrapped and no breakages. Very happy with them. Kristina was also a massive help!”
