Frame was well made, well packaged and delivered quickly to my specifications. Unfortunately I had failed to understand that the frame would overlap the artwork by 4mm. As I was framing a poster, with no mount and lettering right up to the edge, this means the frame now covers part of the lettering on three sides and is unusable. Having re-read the guidance I understand this was my error, but when ordering the form asks you for the size of your artwork which I gave, so I'm not quite sure how I would have known how to calculate the size needed. May be useful for anyone wanting a poster frame!
