“Overall e-days is a brilliant system and easy to use. The only reason I have not given very good, is because some of the self help videos seem to use a different description to what is actually on e-days. Having said that, the support team are brilliant and always very helpful.”

“I've been using e-days for a couple of years now. Its easy to use & navigate around the different sections and I've not encountered any system problems that's I've needed to raise. One suggestion would be to be able to block book for numerous people at a time (when I've booked say 4 on a training course).”

“I have been with e-days through initial discussion, concept, understanding, delivery of super user training and transition to LIVE. I have found that it's easy to use, fit for purpose against our business strategy and reporting. For a continuous learner of a new system with many facets and multiple countries, I have found the on-line help and technical services support invaluable. It's prompt and supportive and more importantly with given with both verbal and written clarity.”

“E-days makes it easy to view and record sickness of different staff members and also the amount of holidays that they have taken/ accrued. I think that it would be a good idea if there was a way to record sicknotes, and then run weekly reports off this to see which ones run out so that action can be taken. It might be a good idea to be able to record what stage they are at inline with the absence management policy, to make it easier to see at a glance instead of going through their personnel file.”

“E-days offers a broad range of tasks, performance reviews and reports. They offer constant support via email and webinars, with quick responses to queries and concerns. It easily enables you to view at a glance the situation of employees across a whole company in terms of holiday, sickness, overtime etc. It is very user friendly and a really useful tool. Well worth the price.”

“Our old absence management system was based around spreadsheets which we found time consuming and inaccurate. We have been very impressed with E Days, it's easy to use and very flexible. New employees are easy to add and the system has some nice admin features.”
