Cancellation process poorly handled. Read every email carefully We used e-days for several years as our absence management system. While functional, the platform requires significant support and training to get the most from it, and we found the user experience more cumbersome than expected for a system of this type. Our main concern relates to how e-days handles changes to contractual terms. The cancellation notice period was amended from 30 days to 90 days, a material change, communicated via a renewal email in which the updated terms and a summary of changes were attached as documents linked below the email signature. There was no clear flag in the body of the email that a significant contractual amendment had been made. When we subsequently gave notice of cancellation within what we understood to be the contractual period, e-days declined to accept it and referred the matter to their solicitors. The dispute was ultimately resolved commercially, but the experience left us feeling that a long-standing client relationship was not given the consideration it deserved. Practical advice for prospective customers: read every email from e-days thoroughly, including all attachments linked below the signature, as these may contain material changes to your contractual terms.

Hi Daniel, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience. We always aim to provide both a positive customer experience and a reliable workforce management solution, so it's disappointing to find that we fell short of your expectations. We work hard to communicate any updates to our terms and conditions as clearly as possible and provide supporting information to help customers understand any changes. We appreciate that important communications can sometimes be overlooked, and we're sorry for any frustration this situation may have caused. We value all of our customer relationships and are pleased that a resolution was ultimately reached. If you would like to discuss your experience further, our Customer Success team would be happy to hear from you. Kind regards, edays

It's a good product, but they were very difficult when we cancelled - referring to terms and conditions that we had not been made aware of. It's unfortunate as we'd had a good experience until then.

Customer service is non-existent. Over 10 days and still no resolution to a problem. Barely any communication from their side.

Hi, We're sorry to hear you've not had a great experience with e-days; we aim for all our users to have the best possible time when using our system! e-days is available remotely from any device with an internet connection by default, although we do allow organisations to restrict access to their network should they wish to. We'd recommend getting in touch with your HR team in the first instance as they can assist with logging in, and if in doubt our support team will be happy to help! Kind regards, The e-days team
