“It is a good platform for us to monitor employee absence, and ensure that we have the necessary information we need in regards to staff. I know it is still in its early days but it would be good if for example we could have absence comparison reorts from year to year and to just generally be able to create more reports in order to analyse staff behaviours etc. Another example would be a report at the beginning of each year that shows reasons or the most popular reasons why staff were off. Just a few suggestions but overall it has worked really well for us.”

“Easy to use for employees doing self service, but we seem to get quite a few issues on the admin side of things. The support service at times is not very helpful and do not explain problems in terms that anyone can understand, it seems to always been quite technical which makes things harder to follow.”

“If used correctly e-days is not a bad Absence Management tool. As an application support analyst for e-days for the user community, it's limitations are highlighted on a regular basis, I'm often asked to make e-days perform tasks that it's not capable of, such as flexible rotas, or to reinstate a record that a local administrator has deleted in error. It's a bit annoying that there is no visible audit trail too.”
