“Very easy to book and staff very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, although we had booked an 'Insignia or similar' when we arrived we were given a Nissan Note. As there was no way we could fit 3 adults and 2 children in this car we were eventually given an alternative which although a very tight fit was at least better. Need to be careful when booking to make sure you get what you expect.”
“Exactly as it said on the tin. Very easy to book and we were pleased the car we picked up was from a local company. This meant there were no long queues at pick up / drop off and the service was efficient. We were very pleased with the car we were given, it exactly suited our needs and was a lovely drive. This has been the most straightforward car rental we have ever done.”

“The hire company was good but the instructions on how to contact them were not good, it said go to the pharmacy and contact them for shuttle bus but there wasn't a phone and we didn't know phone code for Italy! Eventually a security guard going off duty helped us out by phoning the rental to request the bus, also when getting quotes I did request airport environs rental ie. right on site but it was a good 15-20 drive in the bus to the car rental place, I guess you get what you pay for. Everything was good, even got a bigger car than requested.”
“Car and service absolutely fantastic. However, having to pay for a full tank of fuel and return with an empty tank was not so good as this was impossible as the car was so economical! This added 50% to the cost of the original car hire when it should really only have been about 15-20% if they'd had a fair fuel policy.”
