The hire company was good but the instructions on how to contact them were not good, it said go to the pharmacy and contact them for shuttle bus but there wasn't a phone and we didn't know phone code for Italy! Eventually a security guard going off duty helped us out by phoning the rental to request the bus, also when getting quotes I did request airport environs rental ie. right on site but it was a good 15-20 drive in the bus to the car rental place, I guess you get what you pay for. Everything was good, even got a bigger car than requested.
