Very easy to book and staff very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, although we had booked an 'Insignia or similar' when we arrived we were given a Nissan Note. As there was no way we could fit 3 adults and 2 children in this car we were eventually given an alternative which although a very tight fit was at least better. Need to be careful when booking to make sure you get what you expect.
