“I have been using this brand for over 12 months now. I use every step. It is the most uncomplicated yet results driven product range I have ever used. My skin reacts so well to it. “Dr Sam’s website gives ample information about each product to help you decide if a particular product would be a useful addition to your skincare regime. I appreciate the videos showing you exactly how to use each product and I also find the customer reviews (both positive and negative) useful to read. I like the whole philosophy that gentle products with well chosen ingredients, consistently used, will make a difference over time. Most products I use are bought on subscription which makes them more affordable. You are given sufficient warning via email that a subscription is due so you can skip or delay all or any part of the subscription to suit your needs. Once checkout is complete, you are kept up to date with the process of your order and delivery is very quick - very useful if you’ve run out!”

“Very efficient service when ordering from the website: I placed my most recent order on Friday and it arrived today (Monday) with free shipping. I highly recommend Dr Sam's products if you have sensitive skin but still want to see the results that actives achieve, as they are effective without containing irritating fragrance or long lists of complicated ingredients. I also really appreciate the choice of free samples with each order. These facilitate trying out the range but are also great for travel.”
