“I have been using The flawless brightly serum for a few months now and it has left me rather disappointed! No matter how hard I try to make it work, it just piles off. Gave two stars only because it seems like helping a bit with the uneven texture.”

“I really like the products but not the packaging. The pump on the cleanser stops working when there's still about one third of the product left. I continue to buy it because it's great!”

“Enjoying using the Brightly serum. I’m only doing half a pump on alternate mornings at the moment. It tingled a bit at the beginning but it has settled down. I will increase slowly . So far so good. My skin feels good and I am able to apply sunscreen and makeup well. Time will with the skin quality.”

“Unfortunately I’m not happy with my order. I really dislike the texture of the serum. No matter how little or how much I apply, it peels off throughout the day, and it doesn’t agree with my skin. I have contacted the team in order to return it and hopefully that will be an easy process. I’ll update my comment in due course.”

“It’s fragrance-free, foam-free, clear, thick jelly like consistency, it feels nice when applying it on the skin. It works well for everyone else. But unluckily, it isn’t for me. I broke out after using this. I gave it another 3 days to see if it improves but broke out very badly after that. I have acne prone/clog prone sensitive skin.”

“I have a very reactive and sensitive skin, that at the same time needs exfoliation as it tends to get oily and blemished. I love so many products of this line, especially the Brightly serum, they're gentle but effective. Cusitmer service is fantastic too!”

“My experience of ordering online with Dr. Sam’s has been excellent. The website product information was very helpful and I received a prompt and helpful reply to a specific question. Delivery was quick and there was useful guidance on how to get the best from the products within the packaging. A follow up email a couple of weeks later to check on progress was an added bonus.”
