“I came up with rosacea few months ago , Started to watch lots of dr SAMs tips on u tube, and I thought if she has skincare that she carefully chosen the ingredients I would like to try . I purchased some of the products and love them , I worked over 20 years with few top skincare brands . Dr SAMs products are simple to use and effective without being harsh . I love her s p fs and moisturisers . I use brightly serum morning and night . Love the tint 02 also . At least with this brand I exactly know what is the ingredients list truly . There customer services is amazing . Thank u to dr sam and her team , my rosacea is more or less under control after using this products for one month .”

“Hi there, I am incredibly pleased with the change in my skin since using the whole range of Dr Sams. The only thing I can critisize is the packaging. The pumps are very unreliable and sometimes more than 15 presses and still no cream. Ive just started with the Gossamer and that is by far the worst design of packaging ans some days nothing comes out for ages. Please change to better packaging. The actual skin products are outstanding. Also the micellar water, I would prefer a flip lid instead of a screw top. many thanks”

“After using the flawless duo for about 2 weeks, I start seeing results. My skin is getting more hydrated, brightened & the pigmentation becomes lighter. BTW, I’ve missed the welcome gift when I first ordered with Dr Sam, I wonder if I could get it on my next order.”

“I bought dr Sam's face wash for my 12 year son and he loves it and it has helped balance his skin out which was a bit dry but also he was starting to get some small spots. It's really easy for him to use in both the shower and every morning”

“Great products but so expensive for a little amount, friends would like to use but can’t afford. Ive purchased every 3 months but products are not going to last that long. I use every other day to make them last. Only dropped a star for price and size of such small products”

“I ordered all the recommended products in my basic skin care plan. I was very happy with some, less so with others. The cleanser was a fail on two counts: it arrived with a broken dispenser (it was replaced), and, more seriously, provoked a fairly severe rosacea breakout. Unfortunately, this happens to me with all washing cleansers, however much they are promised to be suitable for sensitive/rosacea skin. On the other hand, the sunscreen, the essential moisturiser and the neutralising gel have all been fine. I really like the moisturiser - it’s very soothing and comfortable to use. I’ve since bought the two versions of the lip balm with pretty good results, and the Brightly serum - no comment as yet - it’s too early to report.”

“Fantastic products, my skin has never been so good. However, I do have an issue with the packaging, specifically Nightly which always appears to run out really fast, if I prise open the packaging there is lots of product left but the pump stops working. I have tried warming up the product as suggested but this does not work. Please look into a way to solve this.”
