“I’m really enjoying this cleanser, my face has never felt so soft and clean! I struggle with painful hormonal acne and this wash has helped. In the week I’ve been using this wash, I’ve had no new pimples and the existing ones have diminished in size and severity. I also have sensitive skin and am usually reluctant to try new products. This has not hurt or caused irritation once. I’m excited to keep using it!”

“Loved the cleanser, leaves my skin feeling so clean without that tight dry stripping feeling I usually get. Also big bonus being that I can actually rub it over my eyes to remove my makeup and still open them without fear of stinging to see where needs a little extra rubbing!”

“Shopping with Dr Sam's is always easy and straightforward. I particularly love how quickly orders are delivered and that it's so easy to track them. The one time I had a problem (with a pump) the customer service agent I corresponded with was very helpful, friendly and efficient.”

“My whole skincare routine is Dr Sam’s and has been for a couple of years now. I just can’t imagine using anything else. I had dry sensitive skin two years ago - probably the result of skin barrier damage. This is totally kept under control with Dr Sam products and I couldn’t be happier.”

“The products are excellent. They are designed to work together in a very straightforward way, a huge advantage in a market, where every day new formulas are being pushed leaving customers, who aren’t dermatologists, bewildered about how and when to use them and in what combinations. My mature skin, already in good condition, has improved visibly in the two years or so since I started using Dr Sam’s products. Even my 30 something son commented on how ‘glowy’ I looked.”

“I'm disappointed that my skin concern of oily skin is not catered for in Dr Sam's products. The products are mainly for dry or normal skin (I believe Dr Sam may have said that she has dry skin herself). There are some products for reducing spots/acne. But I don't have spots, I just have very oily/combination skin. I do like that some of the products have niacinamide in them which can help with oil control, however Dr Sam then adds lots of shea butter and other very moisturising ingredients with it which counteracts any possible oil control and makes these products suitable for dry and normal skin types. I'm sure these products are great for dry and normal skins, but there are no products for oily skins. I would love Dr Sam to bring out an oil control sunscreen with niacinamide and zinc oxidize in it but without all the shea butter etc. Dr Sam does have a lighter version of her moisturiser but I still didn't find it suitable for my skin type. Please can Dr Sam develop some products for oil control as oily skin concern is completely missing from the website and products offered.”

“It’s only been a little over a week since I started using the regimine and I was really concerned that I would react badly, but my skin looks great! The texture is so much better and the breakouts are minimal. I did have a little bit of a purge but they came and went quickly.”
