“I find the subscription setup really easy to navigate and love the fact that I can switch products and dates to suit. When I contacted customer services by email regarding an incorrect postage charge they responded within a couple of hours and issued a refund. Excellent!”

“I have been using Dr Sam's products for quite some time now and generally I have found it quite easy to order and check out. There have been occasions when I have struggled to redeem my points but have gotten advice from the online help to sort out the issue. As to the products, I am delighted with the improvements for my own skin and will continue to use Dr Sam's and I would highly happily recommend any of the products I use to other potential buyers.”

“Dr Sam’s products are super high quality and are already making a real difference to my skin. The texture of my skin is looking really flawless and my occasional breakouts seem to have stopped happening. I’m using extra active products for my pigmentation and the intensive moisturiser has really helped keep my skin calm and glowy while I’ve used these, and prevented any dryness or peeling. I’m a huge fan of all the Dr Sam’s products I’ve used so far and I know I will continue to use these products for a long time to come!”

“I am a lifelong product obsessive (now 45), with skincare ranging from the obscenely expensive to high street price points. I have good skin, but it is quite reactive to temperature and touch. Every time I use the Flawless Intense moisturiser, I double-take in the mirror because my skin does indeed look, well, flawless. It looks calm, bright, even and well hydrated, but never shiny.”
