“The products are wonderful but the packaging is terrible! So much plastic! And a box much too big for the product inside. Plus the dispenser for the gossamer SPF stops dispensing properly every time!”
“I've been using the Body Cream for the last 5 days, twice a day as it recommends but finding it's making my body acne much worse. I'm coming out in lots of tiny whiteheads everywhere. It feels quite heavy on aswell. It's maybe helping the dryness but not much else sadly.”

“I'm disappointed. The pigmentation kit leave my skin totally dry and dull. I'll return the products and I'll ask a refund. Apart from this, I have to pay for the shipment. This company earns a good money and they can't provide with a return label and pay the delivery as other brands do???? Bah.”

“This cleanser didn’t suit my skin unfortunately, though it may work for you. Just not me. I found it left my skin irritated, dry, itchy and dull and created texture on my sensitive skin that wasn’t there prior to using the cleanser. After two tries, I had to stop to save my skin barrier. I did appreciate the texture and can see from the reviews that this is liked by many. However, this is not for me.”

“this relates to the Nightly Serum . i have bought numerous bottles of this over the past 3 years and i have lost track of how many that "gunk" up within a very short time. i managed to prise it open and there was loads left, a drastic look into the design of the bottle needs to be undertaken. Customer services told me to keep it in a warm place so the crystals dont form and they were not very understanding. i hardly live in a very cold climate. i like the product but now at the point where its a waste of money. Come on Dr Sam i notice this happens to other purchasers as well.”
“The Brightly Serum made my rosacea worst. It absorbed fairly easily but made me flare up so badly. I stopped using it and I went back to normal. It's not a cheap product, I hate that I have to bin it”

“Unfortunately, after just a few days I had to stop using the products as I developed spots over my cheeks. At first many red, raised bumps but some of them developed into much bigger swollen spots. Too near Easter with many family gatherings to suffer from really bad skin. Perhaps I will try in May”
