“I tried Dr Sams after seeing it on Tik Tok. Usually I’m quite cautious of being influenced on social media but took the risk with this one and it massively paid off! From the first cleanse my skin looked brighter and didn’t feel tight after washing! The consistency of the flawless cleanser is so soft and leaves your skin feeling even softer! Can’t wait to try more skincare bits in the future!”

“Overall, my impression of Dr Sam's is 'meh'. I was really keen to start the full regime, as I was encouraged by the range being devised by a dermatologist rather than just a beauty retailer, and also pleased that the range supports a streamlined routine without hundreds of products. My skin is generally normal but I do have some broken capillaries (not rosacea though - it's not red, I don't flush, not easily irritated etc). I was using The Ordinary and REN before committing completely to Dr Sam's (I bought the cleanser, light moisturiser, Brightly and Nightly (NOT Pro yet!) serums, plus the eye serum). I haven't seen any improvement to my skin but instead the arrival of some milia and a slight worsening of capillaries (I'm a stringent SPF50 gal and kept that going). My skin doesn't look younger, or brighter, if anything it looks slightly more irritated. A little disappointed. I've stuck to it (on my second bottles for nearly all products and have watched lots of Dr Sam's videos) but once my supply runs out, I'm back to The Ordinary with open arms!”

“Products are ok ..... I found the sunblock pilled, but the packaging really lets Dr Sam products down. I've had several issues. Customer service has been slow to respond in some cases, I've been refunded in 1 instance & had a product replaced in another. Not really satisfactory for a premium product.”

“I love the products and my skin has never been better. My issue is with the packaging and that I feel amounts in the packets are inconsistent. Very often the bottles stop expressing product when there is still product inside so I have to open it up with pliars to be able to use it all. Re amounts, the bottles seem to last for different amounts of time which makes me think the amount inside isn't consistent”

“I have used other high end skin care but nothing compared to Dr Sam’s skin care products . I waited for 8 weeks before writing a review to see some difference . I have seen a dramatic difference in my skin. Starting with the CLEANSER TO BRIGHTLY SERUM AND THE NIGHTLY PRO SERUM followed by FLAWLESS MOISTURISER -I was more than impressed . 100% recommendation”

“I have been experiencing the most painful and severe rosacea flare up and since using Dr Sam’s range it has calmed down substantially. I genuinely wish that I’d take photos before I started using these products, because the difference is really that noticeable.”

“Ordered eye serum for first time. Not sure if retinol would be suitable around eyes as have sensitive skin. Use it every other night with no problem. Nice product. Need longer to see how effective it is”
