“The booking, confirmation and arrival time communication was first class and Richard arrived bang on time. He was friendly, chatty and happy to answer any questions we had about the carpet cleaning process from his extensive training and obvious experience. It is regrettably rare these days to find a company that offers such fantastic customer service and for this alone they deserve to be market leaders. Would not hesitate to recommend and will definitely be repeat customers.”

“We have worked with Andy Knowles for about 3 years and always found him to be honest about the fabrics he cleans, by that I mean he will tell you what to expect. He won't tackle a job unless he thinks he can meet your expectations. He's quick, clean and efficient. he has a wicked sense of humour and is a pleasure to deal with. He also likes and nice cup of coffee.”
