“I left it late to book tickets to see status quo at hammersmith on Saturday night. I went on line and had a lot of problems to get on the hammersmith site. so I tried double 8 site I got on there site and ordered the tickets with no problems at all. Had a phone call from double 8 the next day to say one of the girls from the office would meet me outside the venue on Saturday night .She also text me to let me know what time she would meet me there and I got my tickets. A very good service two very happy people”

They said they would be sent out Monday. They rang me Monday and said they could offer me better seats at same price and they'd be emailed for me to print them off. When I went to the concert the new seat was not in VIP and as the stage came out to the end if the blocks the original seat was noted to be a much better seat so felt I had been misled...”

Unfortunately because we are ticket brokers who buy and sell tickets for sold out events and best seats, from lots of many different sources, we ourselves don’t know until literally days before the event whether they are going to be electronic tickets or hard tickets. So therefore we cannot give you an electronic ticket option when buying your tickets, which is sometimes 6 – 9 months in advance.

“Nothing has gone wrong yet but just frustrated that you get no reply plus like others have said that you pay postage but get the tickets emailed. Plus emailed tickets are quite obviously photocopies and not the original which is a very big concern. Don't want to turn up to a concert 2.5 hours away and find that I can get in.”

Your postage has been refunded, also your seats for Nashville were in row 7 of the VIP Block right next to the stage, it was a total sell out plus it was a SATURDAY night Show, plus it was Nashville's farewell tour.
