Telephoned before ordering confirmed item was in stock and advised by very helpful staff that it could be immediately dispatched. Item ordered excellent communication confirming order and dispatched. “Very helpful Company & excellent product. They amended their website so I could order the exact combination that I wanted - a Dudley cistern with insulation & a touch free switch. The product is a direct replacement for a previous one which lasted years! Delivery was much quicker than anticipated. Very happy.”
