“Can't fault the ease of ordering, quality of service or the level of Dales information provided (the YouTube demo's really do set the store apart). If I had one minor gripe it would be that, on purchasining two inno pocket spot pearls I was advise to buy a remote, which I did, despite one being contained in each box (so I now have 3). Only a fiver, but a little heads up would have been nice.”

“I ordered an American DJ Spherion from Phase One for Jingles Professional Wedding Disco. The product arrived with an intermittent fault. I phoned Phase One and they agreed to uplift and exchange the product. I had a replacement within a few days. I have used Phase One on many occasions and will continue to do so as I am very happy with their customer service.”

“Buying this light was on the cards for a while, after the initial disappointment it's a non-LED fixture had settled (the rest of the Rush line is pure LED, so we expected the Rush Wizard to be the same). A lower back injury, and set of bookings, sealed the deal as this one is 2/3 the weight of its predecessor (which I have, but don't enjoy lugging around). Having bought from Phase One before, and them having the same price for the unit as other retail stores on the web, I had no qualms buying it from them - it arrived on time, the following working day, and worked fine when put up on the truss.”

“Hello Phase One, I purchased the Pangline Quickshow laser program from Phase one, the service was outstanding and the quality of the program is second to non for the price. the guys at Phase one know what they are talking about answering all my question, Anyone who has a laser (laserworld cs-1000rgb) should buy this product from Phase one asap, if you have a cs-1000 then as a stand alone system its basic, but when you buy the Quickshow you will have total control of your laser, make up your own shows and amaze everyone. The only problem I had was with the courier company, they had a truck break down which in turn resulted in my delivery being one day late. Frustrating when you wait in all day and have to sit in for a second day, unfortunately this was out of Phase Ones control. but to the courier company one simple suggestion, IF YOUR GOING TO BE LATE IN ANYWAY FOR ANY REASON CALL / TEXT THE CUSTOMER AS YOU HAVE THERE DETAILS. Ignoring it does not make it right. I called Phase One to explain and they were so apologetic, I don't blame phase one as when its away for delivery its in the hands of the courier company. So for the overall rating Phase One 5 star very good Courier company, very poor (room for improvement) THANK YOU DJ Bill”
