“From checking the item I wanted on the internet making a phone call to Phase One & speaking to an assistant who was very helpful phoned me back within the hour to answer my question & the deal was done,then within two days I had the item I had purchased BRILLIANT no other way to describe it. “I phoned the store to inquire whether they could price match an offer from another store for me on some lighting. The chap on the phone was very helpful, inquired with his manager and they agreed. They also posted the items the same day which arrived the following day at no extra cost - how good is that?! Items were packaged excellently and came with UK power leads. The only disappointment is the external delivery company left the package in my porch without signature - however this is not the stores fault. All round a great experience, would defiantly recommend.”

“I found out about Phase1 from their excellent YouTube videos. I asked their advice for a small but dynamic band lighting set. Their advice was bang on and saved me money. Their prices are excellent, delivery like lightning and their customer service is good old fashioned customer keeping service. I highly recommend them.”

“Delivered day after dispatched, unfortunately I was out, but rang courier and delivered next day. Have not had chance to use purchase yet, but tried it out and it appears to be good.”
