“Phase one have always offered me the highest levels of customer service and I couldn't recommend them more highly. Mike and the team pride themselves on looking after you and they certainly achieve that. I wouldn't use anyone else as my supplier for my DJ business.”

“Amazing service. Phoned my order through where it was taken simply but efficiently and I was told that the item (a KAM Laser) would be with me the next day. It was! Pricing is very competitive (couldn't find it cheaper elsewhere) and, if I did they would do their best to price match anyway. I've been a customer for several years now and Phase One remain one of my most valued suppliers.”

“From checking the item I wanted on the internet making a phone call to Phase One & speaking to an assistant who was very helpful phoned me back within the hour to answer my question & the deal was done,then within two days I had the item I had purchased BRILLIANT no other way to describe it. “I phoned the store to inquire whether they could price match an offer from another store for me on some lighting. The chap on the phone was very helpful, inquired with his manager and they agreed. They also posted the items the same day which arrived the following day at no extra cost - how good is that?! Items were packaged excellently and came with UK power leads. The only disappointment is the external delivery company left the package in my porch without signature - however this is not the stores fault. All round a great experience, would defiantly recommend.”
