“Ordered on 31st January, was told there would be a delay due to manufacturer delay but order would be with me by end of Feb. It is now March 8th and order is still not with me.. asked for a refund and was told I have to wait until order arrives and then return it before they will refund. Would not recommend or use this company again”

“I ordered a locking petrol cap for a Ford Ka I was sent a locking petrol cap for a Ford Focus - but as the blister pack had been opened before dispatch, who knows what it was? Obviously it didn't fit - but even if it had the key did not turn in the lock ! I returned the item - no refund so far Pretty poor all round eh?”

“Not impressed at all, part ordered as in need quickly.. paid extra for faster delivery. Item showed in stock to be dispatched 2 days later a week later I send email asking for eta to which a number of days later I get a reply saying it had been dispatched the day before! If you would like your part dispatched and arrived to you on time this is not the place to buy from!”
