“I used Shop 4Electrical because it had an item in stock (a Which Best Buy smoke detector) which was not the case with other websites I had tried, eg Amazon. Having had the order accepted, I was a bit annoyed to get an (apologetic) email saying because of supply problems the item would not be available for three weeks. I was therefore very pleased to receive the item after less than one week. A good example of managing expectations and then exceeding them. Well done.”

“I have used Shop4electrical for about 3 years now. Sick of suppliers charging different prices depends on who serves you. Shop4electrical has excellent prices. I order before 3.00p.m & 99% of the time the order arrives the next day. I have spoken to the staff, which are so polite & professional, when I have to return a faulty item. The item is replaced immediately & the faulty one collected. I really cannot fault them.”
