I ordered two chairs that arrived on time but were too small and not suitable for my intended use. I wanted to return them but the cost of to do so was so prohibitive I had no choice but to keep them. Be warned to read the fine print in regards to return, make sure your double check your measurements or you may be lumbered with an unsuitable product like I was, that was not worth returning. Their returns is not quite as transparent as suggested on their website.

I received my chair and there was a scratch down the middle and a few marks on the back of the seat. I did call and someone asked me to take a picture and you would send a new chair out. The trouble is I'm not always around to accept delivery so I haven't bothered. I do feel that the chair should have been checked before it was sent to me in this condition and whoever packed it needs training on quality of goods before just shopping off!

Part of our order arrived really quickly, was packaged nicely and the chairs are great. However, we've had no notification that the remaining chairs were delayed and the website simply says 'awaiting stock' with no indication of expected delivery date. Such a shame because prices were good, delivery was free and the products received are excellent. A bit of customer communication and my rating would have been very good.

I have ordered the chair six days ago and emailed to find out when they will be delivered but have ad no response! Not impressed.

I placed an order for some chairs that were stated as 'in stock', I paid via PayPal and received my confirmation. I then received an email saying the items were on order, due to be in stock in almost 2 months time! I was offered the opportunity to wait 2 months or have a refund. I replied asking why I was able to place and pay for the order and that I would like a refund. The refund was given but no further communication. I wouldn't order from here again.
