We were advised on two occasions that delivery would occur only for delivery to not be made. The third time they advised they would deliver on Saturday despite the fact that they knew we do not open weekends. The acceptable rating is only due to the fact that the table is good quality.

The chair is lovely and well made except at the curve on top of the legs/edge of seat it looks black and not clear which is not what I expected from the website photos and description. I bought 2 chairs and both look the same so I assume it's not a one off fault. Shame as rest of chair is great.

We were happy that you had the exact chairs we wanted however we only received one chair (instead of 2). I thought I would wait a few days to see if the other one turned up.. No chair arrived so I made a call to you, the person on the phone said they would check it out and call me back, they didn't. I called again the next day and the person on the phone got the extra chair delivered to us within 2 days, which was good. Unfortunately when the chair arrived there was damage to one of the legs. It didn't seem enough to go through the hassle of sending back, but this may have happened in transit?

I purchased a chair and was pleased that I had a call to inform me of no refund policy and did i want to carry on with the purchase.All fine but was disappointed to find that the seat had mould marks where the underneath fixings had been moulded to chair. I didn't feel I could complain due to the "no refund " policy. A shame really as I love this chair but would have preferred one that was not marked I now keep a cushion on the chair to hide the marks

Although the chairs were the cheapest we found online, the quality control was really poor. Ordered 5 chairs, one went missing and the rest four came either damaged or mouldy. The packaging didn't have any protection as well. Called the customer service to arrange the return and got the refund. We then ordered exactly the same chairs from Tesco, only few pounds more but came in within two days and excellent packing and protection for the chairs.

Beautiful table worth waiting for a little mess with delivery but I got it in the end I will definitely buy from MDM again hopefully delivery will be quicker

The chairs are great & at a great price but the service is poor. I have contacted a few times to inform the wrong colour had been sent. I was told it would be sorted but I'm still waiting to receive the new chairs 2 weeks later.

i was extremely disappointed with the delivery part of my purchase as it took weeks to get it delivered, with no contact until we contacted them and even then we had to email and call them on several occasions until it finally arrived! However on the plus side the replica eames rocking chair was a really good price, easy to assemble and looks really good, it is comfortable to sit in too. The chair deserves a very good rating but service really should be a very poor hence I have marked it in the middle.

Chair poorly packed and a component scuffed but as it was at the base the goods were not returned. Delivery took 3 days despite advertised as next working day . However get out clause in sale terms says not guaranteed - so why say it! Poor communication. Chair looks ok but if you want plain black casters you will need to fit your own . The casters supplied reminded me of white wall car tyres - rather incongruous with a brown seat and chrome frame. All in all ok for the price paid but certainly not worth the so called RRP. Would I buy another ? I seriously doubt it.

Considering I never received my order as apparently it was lost by the carriers, It is impossible to review the product. I ended up having to get a refund from MDM. Extremely disappointed.

I guess you get what you pay for. I called the day of the delivery to explain that the incorrect fittings had been supplied and had to make three further contacts before a second incorrect set were posted out. I had to go to a local DIY store to get the fittings I needed to make the chair, two weeks after delivery. The metal frame was slightly bent making what should have been a straight forward assembly a frustrating experience. I worked at IKEA for 10 years so no stranger to self assembly. I emailed the company to rectify the issue and prevent me having to purchase the fittings needed (and submitting this review) but heard nothing, so will avoid a further shopping experience with them. The chair is now built and looks great in the kitchen and is very comfortable.

Purchased 2 Eames DSW chairs. The instructions provided were inaccurate / poor so it took a little while (including looking on other websites) to work out exactly how the chairs should be assembled. The reason this wasn't readily apparent is that it turned out that the leg unit on the first chair was warped and, as a result, didn't properly fit with the seat. Eventually, after using a lot of force & by omitting a washer I got it assembled. The 2nd chair assembled without problem or undue force. The chairs look fine.

I bought 6 Philippe Starck Style Masters Chairs. For the price I paid they are just ok. They look the same as originals (in photos) - but they feel cheap and look cheap. The plastic plugs on feet keep coming off. If I was buying them for my house, I would have returned them, and would have bought the originals. These will most probably end up in a garden at a rental property. Some replicas are great, but in this case I do wish I did go for originals and do wish I paid much more. False economy.

We ordered 4 chairs. The delivery box was completely mashed up on arrival and as a results all the chairs had small chips. These chairs were meant as office chairs so we weren’t overly picky. As we had just moved to a new office space, we had to set up 3 chairs to work (you need to assemble the legs with the seat) and we returned one as badly damage. MDM did offer to change all chairs, but unfortunately we didn’t have the time to wait for a new delivery + installing them. The exchange chair was in immaculate condition, so we do think it might have been the delivery in fault.
