I'm still waiting for my soda grey stallion chesterfield sofa. Its been two weeks ago. very poor service, delivery untrustworthy, unworthy wont be ordering again.

I ordered a sofa two weeks ago still waiting. MDM have a few calls to the driver, no actions been done wish i ordered my sofa from another company. Will be asking for a full refund back poor service, poor delivery, won't recommended the company to anyone.

I ordered 4 bar stools with low backs. When they arrived the backs had to be screwed on but only 1 set of screws was provided. I telephoned and was defensively told that it was very unusual for the screws to be missing. I was told that the necessary screws would be posted but they never arrived. Wouldn't buy anything from this company again.

HI Jane, We are sorry you feel this way as when we spoke to your husband he was very happy with how we resolved your issues with no problems at all and was very accommodating when arranging the return of our products.
This order was a nightmare from Start to finish . I ordered 6 madison chairs every single one arrived badly damaged I tried to get hold of the company their phones don't work ! They said they would send me something else as the whole batch in their warehouse was damaged so i selected another model . I was told these would be delivered and the other ones taken away. This did not happen they delivered the next lot a completely different style of chairs and these were all damaged too. The courier had not been advised to take the first order away I was now sitting with 4 enormous boxes of useless chairs in a property which I was trying to let out ! Mdm booked in a collection ( with no apologies for not advising the driver to collect the previous order ) and I had to now had to wait for the delivery man for a 3rd time to collect this disastrous order when he arrived he had not been told to collect all 4 boxes only the first 2 setting me up for a 4th wait for the delivery Man to collect which he only did because I begged him to help me and come back later in the day . All the time I am trying to call the company the phone line still does not work and then I get rude one line replies to my emails . Basically after 4 separate hrs waiting for the driver and 2 lots of different chairs being sent / countless attempts at phone calls and time spent on emails have nothing nothing to show for it total disaster !!!!

Dear MDM team, I usually would not give such a bad review. however - I have been trying to contact your 'enquiries' email since the past week, due to a product being damaged. I have not received a response yet.. here is the email: ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Dear MDM Furniture team, On Tuesday (5.08.2014) - I received two Eames Style Dining Chairs (Order #2131). However, when opening them today, we found that there was a large scratch on the black chair and one of the plastic bags was torn open and a screw was missing. The black chair was ordered with an orange one. however, it is only the black one which appears to be damaged. I would like to have that one replaced. What would the procedure be? I placed an order over 15 days ago & so far have heard nothing!! No email to say when I will revive my goods or what's happening ! Not good enough, the chairs were in stock so I'm baffled as to why I still have no chairs

I haven't received my order, which was a Christmas present from my brother and have had no response to my attempt to cancel it by telephone. Happy to amend this if this situation is rectified ASAP.
