“Ordering is simple, fast delivey of items as always upgraded to next day delivery which is lovely. I have used the chat thing before when I was trying to find out exactly what I needed to buy the 1st time round, the agent was very knowledgable and quickly directed me to the correct product. Great service all round - Now I just re-order the same product as needed and they arrive really fast! Well deserved 5 stars”

“Finding the CRBS dip slides for a reasonable price for a very small single owner business in the US is very difficult. For the cost of one set in the US I was able to get the set plus sterile swabs. The shipping was very quick and the shipping cost brought my cost up to a dollars shy of what the asking prices are without the shipping here.”

“Delivery is very fast, but sometimes Chilean customs holds the material because it's classified as medical supplies. Is it possible that along with the shipment, a communication to customs could be sent indicating that the dispatched material is used in industrial controls? Regards, Sandra jiménez”
