“After 6 months of hard work designing a publication I was given less than a week to get a print run of 500 copies. Digital Printing Ireland turned it around in a couple of days without even blinking. I had a minor issue with 2 proofs over the previous weeks but I had addressed these with the team and they watched over the final print run which was produced flawlessly. This was a lot of pressure for me as the project would be seen by thousands of potential clients. If I were to dig for any criticism it would be to say I would prefer the customer service email goes to a specific person rather than a group as I like to know who I'm dealing with, but I'm really scraping the barrel with that one. Overall the service, turnaround time, value for money and especially the quality are well worth giving DPI a try, I highly recommend them and plan to be a long term customer myself.”
